Proposal Overview

Multi-Domain Funnel System Build

This project has evolved from a standard single-domain funnel into a complete multi-domain system inside GoHighLevel—covering pre-purchase conversion, cross-domain transition, post-purchase onboarding, program delivery structure, email automations, and end-to-end testing.

Initial Estimate
$1,800

Based on a more straightforward single-domain funnel build with a simpler front-end structure.

Updated Investment
$2,600

Reflects a multi-domain system build with funnel pages, redirect logic, post-purchase environment, email flows, automation setup, and testing across the full user journey.

Why the Cost Increased

The updated pricing reflects the shift from building isolated pages into building a complete, connected system. This is no longer just a basic funnel build. It now includes separate environments for pre-purchase and post-purchase stages, domain-to-domain handoff, onboarding structure, portal organization, email and automation setup, and final testing to ensure the experience works smoothly from first click through ongoing access.

System Architecture

Planning the structure of the full journey from entry page to checkout, welcome, onboarding, dashboard, and ongoing access.

Multi-Domain Setup

Two domains require additional setup, configuration, consistency checks, and coordination inside GoHighLevel.

Cross-Domain Redirect Logic

The transition from /confirmation to /welcome must be configured and tested carefully so the handoff feels seamless.

Post-Purchase Environment

This includes the welcome page, onboarding, dashboard / portal structure, session organization, and login/access flow.

Email + Automation Integration

The project includes both pre-purchase nurture and post-purchase onboarding automation, aligned to the right stage and domain.

Testing + Risk Reduction

End-to-end testing is required to prevent broken redirects, email mismatch, navigation confusion, or access issues after purchase.

System Structure

Domain A

untalktherapy.com

Used for the pre-purchase funnel—keeping the front-end experience broad, simple, and conversion-focused.

Domain B

focusedtraumaprocessing.com

Used for the post-purchase experience—structured, contained, and more programmatic for onboarding, portal access, resources, and support.
